I can hear my guitar through the iphone, but the? regular amp that comes with the free app has no effect on the sound of my guitar – adjusting knobs such as volume, gain, reverb, etc does NOTHING. Anybody else have this problem?

Is it possible for use with a midi guitar such as the rock band fender pro guitar (Wii version) and how do I set it up? if not possible, how do I set up the midi guitar to use on a laptop? I have been looking online for 3 days for? an answer! If anyone has the answer, I’d be so freaking happy it’s not funny ;-)

This? is excellent, but not just compared to similar music-related how-tos. It’s one of the best instructional videos on YouTube: clear, precise, concise.

@camosnake31 speakers, and i guess amp, but that might ruin the reason for the app, buy big musical headphones, maybe 50 or so for good? ones

  11. maggot6639 says:

  12. camosnake31 says:

  13. mrcollins63 says:

Question. Will GarageBand for the? iPad be able to use the iRig?

  14. svc1978 says:

Thanks a lot guys, this is the first of about ten amplitude? for iPad bids I’ve watched that actually concentrated a few features of the program and explored what it can do, rather than just setting it on full distortion and playing a Hendrix riff very, very badly.

  15. DubSpot says:

@RafoRamone never heard of fake or chinese ipods but if they run iOS apps properly? then yes, it should work.

  16. RafoRamone says:

  20. DubSpot says:

@jameswood106 it can be used for whatever? you want to plug into it, guitars, basses, keyboards. Any signal you want to process using Amplitube’s effects.

  21. jameswood106 says:

Hey! Is this just for guitars or can it be? also used for basses?

  22. DubSpot says:

@ownTer yes just plug your headphones into the iRig output and it should be? fine.

  23. ownTer says:

So this will output to? a set of headphones as well?

Very cool video man…thanks a bunch.

  24. DubSpot says:

@minglemonkey the video is not about plugging it into an amp, it’s about using the iRig and an iDevice to emulate and replace? an amp. The iRig and iPad are acting as the amp in this case. If you want to plug this into an amp you would plug the output of your guitar into the iRig and the output of the iRig into the amplifier.

  25. minglemonkey says:

@DubSpot Yes but how do you do it. we know you can do it but we? don’t know how to

  26. NkaujHmoobMI says:
